The TRUETOX™ Compliance Program was created to guarantee that we uphold all legal, ethical and regulatory policies and standards for our industry as set forth by the Office of Inspector General (OIG). Accordingly, our TRUETOX™ Program ensures, that all employees invoke honesty and integrity required of healthcare professionals and providers. In addition, this program has been instituted as a means of preventing fraud, abuse and false billings to any third-party payer.

The TRUETOX™ Compliance Program has many components to ensure that the trust we have worked hard to establish with all our stakeholders continues. Those responsible for program execution include our Corporate Compliance Officer and the President.
